“Hi Susan. Just thought we'd let you know our energy costs. Last year and this year the average temperature in January was - 5 C. Our average daily gas for Jan. this year was 14.7 cm and last year was 18.7 for a saving of over 27%. The only change has been your insulation... and our plastering and painting!!!”
